Biofeedback and mindfulness training clients can anticipate 8-10 sessions to learn a technique and find ways to incorporate it into their lifestyle. Periodic "booster" sessions can benefit some individuals after their initial training, although our goal is to help clients feel confident and independent in their individual practice after 8-10 sessions.

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Training is an evidence based technique that uses real-time heart rate variability data and specialized breathing techniques to retrain the brain/body to better manage stress and improve mental function and performance.
The method I use is developed by the Heartmath Institute and is backed by research demonstrating effectiveness for a wide range of symptoms. I have completed additional training through the Institute and am a certified Trauma-Heartmath Practitioner
