Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Biofeedback Training is an evidence-based technique that uses real-time heart rate variability data and specific techniques to help the brain/body better manage stress. It can support mental function and overall health & performance.

I teach a HRV biofeedback method developed by the Heartmath Institute. Heartmath techniques are backed by research demonstrating effectiveness for a wide range of symptoms as well as performance enhancement in high performers.

I work with healthcare providers and organizations who work with athletes. Treating athletes and addressing mental health within sports organizations requires nuanced understanding of organizational dynamics within sport, athlete physiology, side effects of medication, and compliance with regulations governing the use of medications in competitive athletes. I can assist you in developing appropriate treatment strategies that will meet the  needs of athletes and/or their sports organizations.
